摘  要:矿井涌水量不断变化,在涌水量达到高峰时,3台高效微砂循环水处理设备同时工作,涌水量较小时设备可以互为备用、切换运行,有充足的检修、维护时间,使整套处理工艺具备一定的适应性。为了提高矿井水的处理效果,从预沉调节池的使用效率、吸泥泵的配置以及如何利用好现有污泥暂存池上部空间等方面进行研究,对预沉调节池出水管路、预沉调节池绗车式泵吸排泥机及污泥池进行改造。现场应用表明,改造后设备可最大能力发挥压滤机的作用,减少人工清泥的工程量和费用,保证设备安全可靠运行,实现处理站运行处理效果良好的目的。The mine water inflow is constantly changing and unbalanced.When the water inflow reaches the peak,three highefficiency micro sand circulating water treatment equipment work at the same time.When the water inflow is small,the equipment can be used as standby and switch operation for each other,with sufficient maintenance time,so that the whole treatment process has certain adaptability.In order to improve the treatment effect of mine water,this paper studies the utilization efficiency of the pre sedimentation tank,the configuration of the suction pump and how to make good use of the upper space of the existing sludge temporary storage tank.The water outlet pipeline of the pre sedimentation tank,the pump suction and discharge machine of the pre sedimentation tank and the sludge tank are reformed.The field application shows that the equipment can play the role of the filter press to the maximum after the transformation Reduce the amount and cost of manual mud removal,ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment,and achieve the purpose of good operation and treatment effect of the treatment station.
