摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断进步,工业生产领域也进行着日新月异的发展,随着工业的发展,聚酯纤维在服装制造工艺上做出了突出的贡献。首先在一定程度上对于聚酯纤维的发展前景进行了肯定,并且进一步指明熔体纺丝在聚酯纤维生产的过程中具有关键作用,在研究的过程中对于乙二醇(EG)、精对苯二甲酸(TPA)等原料的使用情况进行了探讨,从而对以乙二醇(EG)、精对苯二甲酸(TPA)为原料生产纺丝级聚酯熔体的工艺技术进行研究,最后将对熔体纺丝的工艺技术进行改进,使得生产纺丝级聚酯熔体工艺能够更好的发展。With the continuous progress of science and technology,the field of industrial production is also undergoing rapid development.With the development of industry,polyester fibers have gradually entered our lives,especially our clothing field.It has made outstanding contributions.This article first affirmed the development prospects of polyester fibers to a certain extent,and further pointed out that melt spinning has a key role in the production of polyester fibers.The use of raw materials such as alcohol(EG)and pure terephthalic acid(TPA)was discussed,so as to produce spinning-grade polyester melts using ethylene glycol(EG)and pure terephthalic acid(TPA)as raw materials.Research on the process technology,and finally improve the melt spinning process technology,so that the production of spinning-grade polyester melt process can be better developed.
