摘  要:循环冷却水处理直接影响到冷却水系统中金属设备(包括换热器、泵、管道、阀门等)的正常、安全运行,从而影响工业生产的稳定运行。某天然气净化厂循环水为联合净化装置提供水冷却服务,采取加药的方式控制水质,循环水药剂研发过程主要包括水质特性判断、针对不同水质性质的药剂单剂筛选、多种药剂的复配阻垢和腐蚀实验,最后采用动态模拟实验验证缓蚀阻垢的性能。完成循环水缓蚀阻垢药剂体系的自主开发,对循环水系统节水减排、保障装置平稳运行具有重要意义。The treatment of circulating cooling water directly affects the normal and safe operation of metal equipment including heat exchangers,pumps,pipes,valves,etc.in the cooling water system,thereby affecting the stable operation of industrial production.The circulating water of a natural gas purification plant provides water cooling services as a combined purification device,and the water quality is controlled by dosing.The R&D process of circulating water agents mainly includes water quality characteristics judgment,single agent screening for different water quality properties,and multiple agent compounding.Scale and corrosion tests.Finally,dynamic simulation experiments were used to verify the performance of scale and corrosion inhibition.The completion of the independent development of the circulating water corrosion and scale inhibitor chemical system is of great significance to the water conservation and emission reduction of the circulating water system and to ensure the smooth operation of the device.
