油井套管定压放气防喷装置在采油井上的应用

摘　　要：油井在生产过程中,当油井井底压力低于饱和压力时,就会有伴生气析出,析出的伴生气聚集在套管内膨胀产生压力,造成油井产液量(油量)过低,对泵正常工作产生影响,严重时产生“气锁”现象,造成抽油井不出油。“油井套管定压放气防喷装置”在油井采油树套管上的安装与应用,解决了因套管内聚集气体,影响泵的正常工作而产生的问题,同时也能避免可能出现的环境污染问题。In the production process of an oil well,when the bottom pressure of the oil well is lower than the saturation pressure,associated gas will be separated out,and the separated associated gas will gather in the casing to expand to produce pressure,resulting in the low liquid production(oil volume)of the oil well,which will affect the normal operation of the pump.In serious cases,the phenomenon of“gas lock”will occur,resulting in no oil production of the pumping well.Through the installation and application of the“constant pressure gas blowout preventer for oil well casing”on the oil well Christmas tree casing,the problems caused by the accumulation of gas in the casing and the influence on the normal operation of the pump are solved,and the possible environmental pollution problems are also avoided.
