摘  要:以南京某化工企业一台裂解原料油储罐为检测实例,先后对其进行在线声发射检测及开罐漏磁检测。通过对比两种检测方法对该罐底板的腐蚀状态评估结果,验证了声发射技术应用于储罐罐底腐蚀检测的可靠性。Taking a cracking raw oil tank of a chemical enterprise in Nanjing as an example,the on-line acoustic emission testing and the out-line magnetic flux leakage testing were carried out successively.The reliability of the application of acoustic emission technology to the corrosion detection of the tank bottom is verified by comparing the evaluation results of the corrosion state of the tank bottom with the two detection methods.
