摘 要:目的:编制高校教师工作压力源量表,并对其现状进行调查。方法:抽取11所高校的教师,获取初始样本300人,正式样本427人。编制初始题项36个。基于专家调查、项目分析和探索性因素分析的结果,形成正式量表。再采用相关分析、验证性因素分析等方法检验信效度。进一步通过描述性分析、t检验和方差分析研究高校教师工作压力源的现状。结果:①最终量表由34个题项,7个因子构成。②内部一致性信度和建构信度分别为0.92,0.85。③验证性因素分析显示,量表模型拟合良好。④在学术科研因子上存在压力的比例最高(54.60%),因子得分也最高(3.86±0.80);不同职称教师的工作压力源总分存在显著性差异。结论:该量表具有良好的信效度,可作为研究高校教师工作压力源的测量工具。学术科研是目前高校教师最主要的压力源。Objective:Develop a work stress source scale for college teachers,and study the current work pressure situation of college teachers.Methods:The teachers from 11 colleges were selected to obtain 300 initial samples and 427 formal samples.36 initial items were compiled.After expert investigation,project analysis,and exploratory factor analysis,a formal scale was formed.The reliability and validity tests were performed on the formal scale through correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Further studies on the current situation of teachers'work stressors in colleges were made through descriptive analysis,t test and analysis of variance.Results:①The final college teacher's work stress scale consists of 34 questions,consisting of a total of seven factors.②The internal consistency reliability of the scale was 0.92,and the construction reliability was 0.85.③The confirmatory factor analysis results showed that this college teacher's work stress scale model fitted well.④The academic research factors had highest stress percentage(54.60%)and the highest factor score(3.86±0.80).The total score of working stress of teachers with different professional titles was significantly different.Conclusion:This scale had good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement tool for college teacher's work stress resource research.Academic research was the most important pressure source for college teachers.
