培养适应现代农业产业体系建设的应用型人才研究与实践

摘　　要：为适应我国现代农业三大体系建设的需要,本文以吉林农业科技学院为例,针对应用型本科院校的办学定位、专业结构调整、人才培养模式、教师队伍建设和社会服务模式进行了系统研究和实践,有效促进了专业对接产业,教学过程对接生产过程,教学内容对接生产内容,先后获国家级教学成果二等奖1项,省级教学成果一等奖3项。To meet the requirements of the construction of industrial system of modern agriculture,this paper,with Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as an example,systematically explores the different aspects in terms of main goals,specialty structure,cultivation model,teacher resources and social service of an application-oriented university along with practice,which effectively encourages the matchmaking between specialty and industrial manufacturers,teaching process and producing procedures,and teaching content and production technology.The research results have been awarded the second prize for national teaching results and the first prize for provincial teaching results three times.
