摘　　要：以图书馆信息服务工作实践为基础,从图书馆员与大学生这一图书馆人际关系中最主要的一对关系为切入点,详细分析当前农业院校图书馆师生人际关系的现状、存在问题和不足之处,寻求适合构建农业院校图书馆和谐师生人际关系的策略与方法,以实现农业院校图书馆服务育人、管理育人的双重功能。Based on information service,this paper,taking the relationship between librarians and students as the most important pair of interpersonal relationship in libraries of agricultural colleges,analyzes the present issues of the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students,and finds out suitable strategies for constructing the harmonious relationship between teachers and students so as to realize the service and education function,and improve comprehensive literacy of college students.
