摘 要:通过Kano模型得到母婴室的用户服务需求属性及重要性排序。使用KANO模型作为量化分析用户需求的工具,汇总共16项母婴室服务需求,通过对148名用户进行服务满意度调研,并对统计数据进行Better-Worse系数处理。得出用户对母婴室的需求属性及重要性排序。Kano模型适合运用于母婴室用户需求分析上,对于明确用户需求属性和优化母婴室用户体验提供科学方法。The Kano model is used to obtain the service demand attribute and importance order of the Baby care room. KANO model was used as a tool for quantitative analysis of user needs,and a total of 16 Baby care room service needs were summarized. Service satisfaction surveys were conducted on 148 users,and the statistical data were processed with the Better-Worse coef?cient. Get the demand attribute of the user to Baby care room and importance order. The Kano model is suitable for the analysis of the user needs of Baby care room,providing a scienti?c method for clarifying the attributes of user needs and optimizing the user experience of Baby care room.
