摘  要:目的探讨精神分裂症患者巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染与认知功能损害的相关性。方法选取苏州市广济医院2015年4月-2017年5月期间就诊的53例精神分裂症患者为研究组,同期健康体检者49人为对照组,用酶联免疫法定量检测两组血清CMV-IgG抗体;应用MoCA评分评估精神分裂症患者认知功能。结果研究组血清CMV-IgG抗体浓度显著高于对照组(P=0.000);精神分裂症患者血清CMV-IgG抗体浓度与MoCA得分呈负相关(r=-0.928,P=0.000)。结论精神分裂症患者CMV-IgG抗体浓度显著高于健康人,其认知功能损害与巨细胞病毒感染存在关联。Objective To study the correlation of CMV-IgG and cognitive function injury. Methods 53 schizophrenia patients admitted in the hospital from April, 2015 to May, 2017 were selected as the research objects. 49 volunteers who underwent physical examination in the hospital at the same time were selected as healthy control group. The level of serum CMV-IgG of the schizophrenic patients and examinees of the healthy control group were measured and compared. Results The level of serum CMV-IgG in the schizophrenia group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P=0.000). The level of CMV-IgG were negatively correlated with MoCA score(r=-0.928,P=0.000). Conclusion High level of CMV-IgG may affect the cognitive function of schizophrenic patients.
