输液港腹腔植入在3例晚期胃癌患者腹腔化疗中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨晚期胃癌患者使用输液港腹腔植入术进行腹腔化疗的护理。方法选取浙江省人民医院2018年3月-9月间收治的3例晚期胃癌患者通过输液港腹腔植入进行化疗,并对腹腔化疗前准备、腹腔化疗期间的病情观察及腹腔化疗后护理等进行回顾性分析。结果 3例患者均完成3~7周期化疗,无一例患者出现港体翻转、药物外渗、导管堵塞、感染等并发症。结论通过医护联合,经输液港行腹腔化疗可以提高晚期胃癌患者生存率及生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing of patients with advanced gastric cancer who received intraperitoneal chemotherapy by intraperitoneal implantation of infusion port. Methods 3 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were treated from March to September, 2018 were analyzed retrospectively, including the preparation before intraperitoneal chemotherapy, the condition observation during intraperitoneal chemotherapy and the nursing after intraperitoneal chemotherapy. Results 3~7 weeks of chemotherapy were completed in all 3 patients, and none of them had complications, such as port body turnover, drug extravasation, catheter blockage and infection. Conclusion Through the combination of medical care and intraperitoneal chemotherapy and through the infusion port, the survival rate and quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer can be improved.
