循证护理对血液透析患者肾功能及营养状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理模式对血液透析患者的肾功能以及营养状况的影响。方法用简单随机法将2018年6月-2019年6月就诊于广东省农垦中心医院的90例血液透析患者分为2组,两组患者均采取常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上加以实施循证护理模式,观察比较2组患者在干预前后的肾功能状况以及营养状况变化。结果观察组患者干预后的MIS评分(8.63±5.00)分均比本组干预前及对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组尿量及残余肾功能均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析患者进行循证模式的护理,有利于提高患者的肾功能以及改善患者的营养状况。Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing model on the renal function and nutritional status of hemodialysis patients.Methods 90 patients with hemodialysis in the hospital from June,2018 to June,2019 were divided into two groups by simple and random method.The renal function and nutritional status of the two groups were observed before and after intervention.Results The MIS score(8.63±5.00) after the intervention of the observation group was lower than that of the control group before and after the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the urine volume and the residual renal function of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing of evidence-based model for hemodialysis patients is beneficial to improving the renal function of patients and improving the nutritional status of patients.
