摘 要:目的:探讨自动管电流调节技术合并低管电压低对比剂对双下肢CTA辐射剂量及图像质量的影响.方法:65例糖尿病患者分为两组,组一:BMI≤25,管电压=80 kV、NI=20、320 mg/L碘克沙醇80~90 mL;组二:BMI>25,管电压=100 kV、NI=15、350 mg/L碘海醇120 mL.运用自动管电流调节技术对患者行下肢CTA检查.根据原始图像、容积再现(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及曲面重组(CPR)对两组图像质量进行评价.结果:血管CT值及噪声,组一高于组二(P<0.05).SNR及CNR两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05).CTDI,DLP及ED组一低于组二(P<0.05).结论:自动管电流调节技术联合低管电压低对比剂,在不影响图像质量的前提下,可有效降低辐射剂量.Objective:To investigate the effect of automatic tube current modulation technology combined with low tube voltage and low dose contrast medium volume on radiation dose and image quality of lower extremities CTA scan.Method:Sixty-five diabetic patients were selected.Patients were divided into two groups:group 1 BMI<25,tube voltage=80 kV,NI=20,contrast agent 320 mg/L,80-90 mL,group 2 BMI>25,tube voltage=100 kV,NI=15,contrast agent 350 mg/L,120 mL.All patients underwent CT angiography with automatic tube current modulation technique.According to the original image,volume rendering(VR),multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum density projection(MIP)and surface reconstruction(CPR),the image quality of the two groups was evaluated and the CT value,noise,SNR,CNR and radiation dose were measured.Result:The CT value of blood vessel and noise in group 1 were significantly higher than that in group 2(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between SNR and CNR groups(P>0.05).CTDI,DLP and ED group 1 were significantly lower than group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:ACTM technology combined with low tube voltage and low dose contrast medium volume can effectively reduce radiation dose without affecting image quality.
