摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术在老年急性结石嵌顿性胆囊炎患者中的治疗价值.方法:选取医院收治的70例老年急性结石嵌顿性胆囊炎患者,随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例),对照组患者进行传统手术治疗,观察组患者进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,对比两组患者手术切除成功率、并发症发生率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及费用.结果:两组手术成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针对老年急性结石嵌顿性胆囊炎患者应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有和传统开腹手术相同的手术成功率,而且能够降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广和使用.Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with acute stone incarcerated cholecystitis.Methods:A total of 70 elderly patients with acute stone incarcerated cholecystitis admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases).The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy Surgical treatment,the surgical resection success rate was compared between the two groups,the complication rate during the surgery was compared between the two groups,and the surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and cost were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the surgical success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,and cost of the observation group were lower.They were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for elderly patients with acute stone incarcerated cholecystitis has the same success rate as traditional open surgery,and can reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
