果糖注射液与中药注射剂配伍适宜性文献分析

摘　　要：近年来我国高度重视中医药工作,越来越多的中成药纳入国家医保目录,中药注射液的临床应用也日渐增加.该文通过回顾近20年有关果糖注射液与中药注射剂配伍稳定性的文献报道,对两者配伍可行性进行简要总结分析,以期为临床药师医嘱审核及果糖注射液与中药注射剂合理配伍提供临床参考.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the work of traditional Chinese medicine.More and more proprietary Chinese medicines have been included in the national medical insurance catalog,and the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections has also increased.This article reviews the literature reports on the compatibility stability of fructose injection and traditional Chinese medicine injection in the past 20 years,and summarizes and analyzes the compatibility stability and contraindications of the two.Compatibility provides clinical references.
