摘  要:对40 mm厚316L类不锈钢进行电子束焊接试验,得到了单面焊双面成型的近似平行焊缝。测试该接头的化学成分、显微组织和力学性能,结果显示焊缝金属几无烧损,化学成分仍满足母材要求。焊缝组织为柱状晶、细小枝晶和等轴晶组成的铸态组织,晶粒明显细化,焊接接头力学性能优良。The electron beam welding experiments of 40 mm-thickness 316 L stainless steel are carried out, and the parallel weld with one-side welding with back formation is obtained. The chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical propery of the joint are tested. The results show that the weld metal almost has no burning loss and the chemical composition still meets the requirements of the base material. The weld microstructure is composed of columnar crystal, fine dendrite and equiaxed grain, and the grain is refined. The mechanical properties of the welded joint are excellent.
