摘  要:文章采用TRIZ技术创新理论,对目前采用的提高喷涂环境的湿度来降低涂料干燥速率和一次喷涂厚度来解决涂层粗糙问题的方法进行分析,运用技术矛盾分析理论和物场分析理论,根据发明原理和76个标准解找出创新方法,成功解决了静叶栅无机涂层粗糙的问题,提升了生产效率、降低了生产成本,从而保证了产品生产周期。In this paper, the TRIZ technology innovation theory is used to analyze the methods to improve the humidity of the spraying environment to reduce the drying rate and the thickness of the coating to solve the problem of coating roughness. Using the theory of technical contradiction analysis and the theory of field analysis, the innovation method is found out according to the principle of invention and 76 standard solutions. It solves the problem of roughness of stator blade inorganic coating, improves production efficiency and reduces production cost, which ensure the product production cycle.
