摘　　要：饶河是江西五大河之一,是全省重要的生态通道,流域内河湖众多、水系发达、水资源丰富。围绕饶河流域功能定位,以相关部门的行业规划、政策文件和公开发布的数据等为基本依据,全面分析了饶河流域保护与治理中存在的问题,并从流域全局出发,结合相关规划和政策,从水环境改善、水生态修复等方面提出了相应的治理思路与对策措施,可为进一步指导饶河流域保护与治理工作提供支撑。The Raohe River is one of the five major rivers and an important ecological channel in Jiangxi Province.There are numerous rivers and lakes in the basin with developed water systems and abundant water resources.Based on the industry planning,policies and publicly released data from relevant departments,and by considering the function of the Raohe River basin,we comprehensively analyzed the problems existing in watershed protection and governance. Moreover,we proposed corresponding plans and measures in terms of improving water environment and water ecologic restoration from the perspective of overall state of the basin and the overall requirements for river basin management and protection;which provides scientific basis for guiding the protection and improvement of the basin.
