摘　　要：研究服务设计视域下的非物质文化遗产手工艺APP设计。分析了互联网背景下的非遗手工艺传播所面临的困境及其APP现状。从用户需求角度出发,运用服务设计方法,提出构建"趣缘社区与产品定制服务"的非遗手工艺APP设计策略和实践。运用服务设计思维,设计以"趣缘社区与定制服务"为核心的"寻坊"非遗手工艺APP。以兴趣为核心构建虚拟社区,将趣缘社区与定制型服务结合,以实现多方共创非遗手工艺文化与衍生品,为非遗手工艺类APP的设计提供新思路。In order to study the design of intangible cultural heritage handicraft APP from the perspective of service design.this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the spread of intangible cultural heritage handicrafts in the context of the Internet and the development status of intangible cultural heritage handicraft APP products. From the perspective of user demand,this paper puts forward the design strategy and practice of intangible cultural heritage handicraft APP of "interesting community and product customization service" by using the service design method. by using the thinking of service design,the design of the intangible cultural heritage handicraft APP "find a place" with "interesting community and customized services" as the core.the virtual community is built with the interest of the core,and the interest of the community and customized services are combined to achieve multi-party creation of intangible cultural heritage handicraft culture and derivatives,providing new ideas for the design of intangible cultural heritage handicraft APP.
