摘  要:为探究现有商业空间内的母婴室中物品配设与用户体验之间的关系。在四川成都共4处商业中心内进行调查研究,根据实地考察和问卷反馈的形式获取数据,并对此结果结合母婴室的功能设计因素进行分析总结。发现了用户痛点,针对母婴室内物品配设情况提出了建议和优化方案。基于人性化和可用性,为今后母婴室的发展建设提供了参考。To explore the connection between item allocation and user experience in maternal and child rooms in existing commercial spaces.The survey was conducted in four commercial centers in Chengdu,Sichuan,and data were obtained based on field visits and questionnaire feedback. The results were analyzed and summarized in combination with the functional design factors of the maternal and child rooms.The user’s pain spots were found,suggestions and optimization schemes were proposed for arrangement of maternal and child indoor items.Result:The user’s pain points were found,and suggestions and optimization schemes were proposed for the arrangement of maternal and child indoor items.Put forward proposals and better schemes based on humanization and usability to make reference for further development of maternal and child rooms.
