摘 要:发动机内部温度越高,其燃烧室温度越高(可达1600℃),但对其进行测温时常伴随高氧化、颗粒沉积和空气冲刷等恶劣环境。超声测温技术在测量方面定向性好、频率高、抗干扰性好,具有其他测试技术无法比拟的优势,完全可以满足这些恶劣的测试环境的测试要求。本文设计了一种超声测温传感器,并进行相关试验,证明了该方案的可行性。The higher the internal temperature of the engine,the higher the temperature of the combustion chamber of the engine,which can reach 1600℃.There are harsh environments such as high oxidation,particle deposition and air erosion.The ultrasonic temperature measurement technology has good directivity,high frequency and good anti-interference in measurement.It has advantages that other testing technologies cannot match,and it can completely meet the test requirements of these harsh test environments.In this paper,an ultrasonic temperature sensor is designed and relevant tests are performed to prove the feasibility of the scheme.
