摘　　要：基于Z源逆变器的特性而提出的开关准Z源逆变器具有连续的输入电流和良好的升压能力,但是不同的调制方法会带来不同的升压性能。为了获得更高的电压增益和更低的电压电流应力,本文对开关准Z源逆变器的脉宽调制方法进行研究,尤其是对Z源网络中有源开关管的控制。引入一种利用有源开关比n来控制的方法,通过n的不同取值改变有源开关的导通时间,可达到提高电压增益的效果,同时也会减小电容与开关器件的电压应力以及电感的电流纹波。Switched quasi-Z source inverters based on the characteristics of Z-source inverters have continuous input current and good boosting capability,but different modulation methods bring different boosting performance.In order to obtain higher voltage gain and lower voltage and current stress,this paper studies the pulse width modulation method of switching quasi-Z source inverter,especially the control of active switching tube in Z source network.Introducing a method that utilizes the active switch ratio n to control the on-time of the active switch by different values of n,thereby the voltage gain will be improved and the voltage stress of the capacitor and the switching device willbe reduced.And current ripple of the inductor will also be reduced.
