壮药拔毒生肌膏治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮药拔毒生肌膏治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床效果。方法:随机选取下肢静脉性溃疡患者60例,分为两组:凡士林常规换药组(对照组)和壮药拔毒生肌膏换药组(观察组),每组30例,治疗4周为1个疗程,分别于治疗后第14天和第28天观察创面愈合率、创面肉芽生长情况,同时在治疗前后进行安全性评价。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组为70.00%(21/30),观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组在治疗第14天、第28天的创面愈合率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组在治疗后第14天、第28天创面肉芽情况积分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);对照组在治疗后第28天创面肉芽情况积分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后第14天、第28天创面肉芽情况积分观察组较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:壮药拔毒生肌膏治疗下肢静脉性溃疡临床效果较好,适合临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Medicine Badu Shengji Ointment in treating venous ulcer of lower limbs.Methods:60 cases of venous ulcer of lower limbs were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with dressing change of conventional vaseline,and the observation group was treated with dressing change of Zhuang Medicine Badu ShengJi Ointment.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The wound healing rate and granulation growth were observed on the 14th and 28th day of treatment respectively,and the safety evaluation was carried out before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than 70.00%(21/30)of the control group(P<0.01).The wound healing rates of the observation group on the 14th and 28th day of treatment was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of ulcer depth,granulation color and coverage area were significantly lower on the 14th and 28th days of treatment than those before the treatment in the observation group(P<0.05);the scores were lower on 28th days of treatment in the control group(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhuang Medicine Badu Shengji Ointment has good clinical effect in treating venous ulcer of lower limbs,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
