摘　　要：适度的自噬可通过清除胞质内代谢物、炎性反应物等途径调节机体功能代谢,在缺血性脑卒中早期可保护受损脑细胞;随着时间的延长,自噬过度则诱导细胞凋亡加重脑损伤,可见自噬具有双重作用,其调节功能与中医“阴阳平衡”理论相类似。缺血性脑卒中基于中医辨证论治,从多虚多瘀多痰的病机着手,辨证施药应对不同阶段的疾病变化情况。本文基于细胞自噬综述中医药及有效成分在缺血性脑卒中的研究进展,提出中医药可能对自噬具有双向调节作用,为中医药治疗脑卒中微观机制研究提供更多思路。Moderate autophagy can regulate the metabolism of body function by removing the metabolites and inflammatory reactants in the cytoplasm,which can protect the damaged brain cells in the early stage of ischemic stroke;with the extension of time,excessive autophagy can induce apoptosis and aggravate brain damage,which shows that autophagy has dual effects,and its regulatory function is similar to the theory of“Yin-Yang balance”of TCM.Based on TCM syndrome differentiation,the disease should be treated according the changes of different stages considering the pathogenesis of deficiency,stasis and phlegm.Through the review of the research progresses of Chinese medicinal and its effective components in treating ischemic stroke based on the theory of autophagy,this study proposes that TCM may have a two-way regulatory effect on autophagy,and provides more ideas for the study of the micro mechanism of TCM in the treatment of stroke.
