摘 要:针对焊缝灰度图像对比度低、缺陷模糊等问题,提出了一种基于HSI(hue,saturation and intensity)颜色空间和引导滤波的焊缝X射线图像伪彩色增强算法。将原始图像通过像素自变换从灰度空间映射到HSI颜色空间,实现灰度图像的彩色化;然后使用引导滤波器放大该空间中不同颜色饱和度之间的差异;最后将HSI空间中的伪彩色图像转化到RGB(red,green,blue)颜色空间中显示。实验结果表明,所提算法的图像熵和清晰度都得到了较大提升,可有效提高图像对比度,并使缺陷更加清晰,改善了焊缝图像的视觉分辨率。To solve the problems of low contrast and blurry defects of weld seam gray image,a pseudo-color enhancement algorithm of weld seam X-ray image based on HSI(hue,saturation and intensity)color space and guided filter is proposed.The original image was mapped to HSI color model by pixel’s self-transformation to colorize the gray image,and then the difference between different color saturation in HIS color model was magnified by guided filter.Finally,the pseudo-color image in HSI color model was transformed into RGB(red,green,blue)color model for display.Experimental results show that the performance of the proposed algorithm is greatly improved in terms of image entropy and clarity.It means that the weld seam image contrast has been effectively improved with clearer defects and better visual resolution.
