摘 要:为了更准确地评价银金属氧化物触点材料的电接触性能,完善触点材料的优选,采用电接触模拟的试验方法对触点材料的退化参数进行分析,设计一种能方便更换动、静触点材料的新型电接触模拟试验系统.通过试验研究获得AgSnO2、AgCdO、AgNi触点材料在同一负载条件下的接触电阻、静压力和回跳能量退化参数,以及AgSnO2在不同负载等级下的接触电阻和燃弧能量退化参数.结果表明,电接触模拟方法得出的数据更加直观与精确,结合实例波形的比较与分析,得出AgCdO的综合电性能最好,AgSnO2电寿命模拟试验过程中熔焊程度随着负载等级的增加而上升.In order to evaluate the electrical contact performances of silver metal oxide contact materials accurately and improve the preference of contact materials,the electrical contact simulation test method is used to analyze the degradation parameters of the contact materials.An innovative type of electrical contact simulation test system is designed that can facilitate the replacement of dynamic and static contact materials.The contact resistance,static pressure and rebound energy degradation parameters of AgSnO2,AgCdO and AgNi contact materials under the same load condition are obtained through experimental research,and the contact resistance and arcing energy degradation parameters of AgSnO2 under different load levels are acquired at the same time.The results show that the data obtained by the electric contact simulation method is more intuitive and accurate.Combined with the comparison and analysis of the example waveforms,it is found that the comprehensive electrical properties of AgCdO are the best.The degree of fusion welding increased with the increase of load grade during the AgSnO2 electrical life simulation test.
