新法规环境下有限数量危险货物道路运输初探

摘　　要：《危险货物道路运输安全管理办法》已于2020年1月1日开始实施,《办法》首次对有限数量危险货物运输豁免做了法律规定,对于日化行业而言是一项重大利好政策。日化企业需要认真研究《办法》有关特别规定,适用好有限数量豁免政策。本文主要针对有限数量危险货物运输特别规定进行了探讨。The departmental rule for the safety management of road transport of dangerous goods will be implemented from January 1, 2020. For the first time, the Measures has introduced legal provisions on the exemption of transport of dangerous goods as limited quantity, which is a major favorable policy for the daily chemical industry. Daily chemical enterprises need to carefully study the relevant special provisions of the rule and apply the limited quantity exemption policy. This paper mainly discusses the special provisions for the transport of dangerous goods as limited quantity.
