摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理对耐多药肺结核患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年12月本院收治的90例耐多药肺结核患者,其中2016年1月至12月接受常规护理干预的45例患者设为对照组,2017年1月至12月在常规护理的基础上予以循证护理干预的45例患者设为观察组。比较两组患者的情绪状态、疾病认知、治疗依从性、治疗效果及生活质量。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者SCL-90评分较低,疾病知识评分、依从良好率、治疗总有效率及GQOLI-74各维度评分均较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对耐多药肺结核患者实施循证护理干预,能明显提升患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,有效调节患者情绪状态,有利于增强患者的治疗依从性,提高治疗效果,改善生活质量。Objective: To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods: A total of 90 patients with multidrugresistant pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the hospital between January 2016 and December 2017 were enrolled.The 45 patients who received routine nursing intervention between January 2016 and December 2016 were selected as controls,and the other 45 cases received evidence-based nursing and routine nursing intervention between January 2017 and December 2017 were enrolled in the observation group.The patients’ emotional status,disease cognition,treatment compliance,treatment effect and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:The SCL-90 scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the disease knowledge score,compliance rate,total rate of effective treatment and GQOLI-74 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: For patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis,evidence-based nursing intervention can significantly improve their awareness of disease knowledge and stabilize their emotional state,which is conducive to their compliance with treatment,thus improving treatment effect and their quality of life.
