摘　　要：对广东省地方标准DB 44/T 2000—2017《换热压力容器能效测试及评价规范》实施过程中能效测试流程、测试环境和仪器、现场实施步骤、能效指标计算方法、能效评级规则等方面进行了详细解读,有助于换热压力容器设计人员、设备使用人员和检验人员对标准中所述能效测试方法和测试流程的理解,有利于该标准进一步推广应用,提高换热压力容器节能管理水平。The local standard“Energy efficiency test and evaluation specification for heat exchanging pressure vessel”of Guangdong Province was explained in detail in energy efficiency test procedures,test environment,instruments,on-site implementation steps,energy efficiency indexes calculation method and energy efficiency rating rules,etc.This paper is beneficial for the heat exchanger pressure vessel designers,equipments users and inspectors to understand the energy efficiency test method and test procedure described in this standard,and is conducive to further popularization and application of the standard and to improve the energy management level of the heat exchange pressure vessel.
