摘  要:近些年来随着我国科技进步及现代化工程建设的进程加快,人们对水泥基材料的高性能及功能性提出更高的要求。纳米SiO2具有活性高,与水泥基材料匹配性高的特点,在提升水泥基体结构和性能方面的研究进展很快。本文介绍了纳米SiO2对水泥基材料水化、机械性能和耐久性影响,并提出影响机制。纳米SiO2发挥着纳米材料在水泥基材料中的作用机理,并协同作用,相互促进。同时,SiO2前躯体和低聚物尺寸小、粘度低和高活性等特点适合用于水泥基材料的表面处理,外界辅助作用可提升纳米SiO2在水泥基材料表面处理深度。在水泥基材料研究应用过程中,由于纳米SiO2的分散性问题会严重影响水泥基体的强度与耐久性,采用机械和载体作用方式可改善纳米SiO2在水泥基材料分散程度。最后介绍了纳米SiO2与功能性纳米材料协同作用,利用纳米SiO2提高水泥基体性能,同时加入功能性纳米材料赋予水泥基体新功能。With the development of technology and modernization,people have placed higher requirements on the performance and functionality on cement-based materials,and the activity and compatibility of nano-SiO2 has been proved to be effective on improving them.In this paper,the effect of nano-SiO2 on hydration,mechanical properties and durability on cement-based materials and their mechanism are proposed.Nano-SiO2 plays the role of nano-materials in cement-based materials,and cooperates and promotes one another.Also,the small size,low viscosity and high activity characteristics of nano-SiO2 are suitable for the surface treatment of cement-based materials;and external assistance can be introduced to increase the treatment depth.For its dispersibility resulted problems,mechanical and carrier interactions can be introduced to improve.Lastly,the synergy between nano-SiO2 and functional nano-materials is proposed.Nano-SiO2 is used to improve the performance of the cement matrix,and the functional nano-materials are added to give the cement matrix new functions.
