摘 要:为了探究内掺型水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料(CCCW)混凝土在特殊环境中的性能,开展了硫酸铵溶液浸泡环境下该混凝土的耐腐蚀性能及自愈合性能研究。进行了未预设和预设贯穿裂缝的内掺型CCCW混凝土暴露在不同浓度硫酸铵溶液中不同龄期后的力学性能和抗渗性能试验,并通过SEM和XRD对微观结构和物相成分进行分析。结果表明,内掺型CCCW混凝土具有较强的抗硫酸铵腐蚀性能和裂缝自愈合性能,随着硫酸铵浓度升高,抗腐蚀性能和裂缝自愈合性能变差。在溶液介质作用下会激发活性材料生成结晶物质,填充混凝土裂缝从而达到自愈效果。In order to investigate the performance of inner-mixed type cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials(CCCW)concrete in special environments,the corrosion resistance and self-healing performance of the concrete under the immersion environment of ammonium sulfate solution were studied.The mechanical properties and impermeability of the inner-mixed type CCCW concrete with not preset cracks and preset cracks exposed to different concentrations of ammonium sulfate solution at different ages were performed,and microstructure and phase composition were analyzed by SEM and XRD.The results show that the inner-mixed type CCCW concrete has strong resistance to ammonium sulfate corrosion and self-healing performance of cracks,as the ammonium sulfate concentration increases,the corrosion resistance and crack self-healing performance deteriorate.Under the action of the solution medium,the active material is excited to form a crystalline substance,and the concrete crack is filled to achieve a self-healing effect.
