摘 要:以硅酸盐水泥和陶粒为主要原料制备了吸声混凝土。研究了配合比、陶粒粒径及级配等对吸声混凝土在中低频范围中的吸声性能的影响,研究结果表明,粒径在3~15 mm时,单级配陶粒混凝土在中低频率范围内整体吸声较差,而将不同单级配陶粒混凝土串联起来,能大幅提高其吸声性能。所研制的陶粒混凝土可用于降低轨道交通、变电站环境中的噪音。Sound-absorbing concrete was prepared with silicate cement and ceramsite as the main raw materials.The effects of mix ratio,ceramsite particle size and stage matching on the sound absorption performance of sound-absorbing concrete in the medium and low frequency range were studied.The results show that single-stage ceramsite particle size at 3-15 mm concrete in the medium and low frequency range inside poor overall sound absorption.The sound absorption of single-stage ceramsite concrete is poor in the range of medium and low frequency.The performance of sound absorption can be greatly improved by connecting different single-stage ceramsite concrete in series.The developed ceramsite concrete can be used to reduce noise in the environment of rail transit and substation.
