摘  要:将室温环境固化下的地质聚合物试件浸泡在不同浓度的硫酸钠或硫酸镁溶液(1wt%、3wt%和5wt%)中,分析了不同硫酸盐浓度对地质聚合物试件表观形貌变化、质量损失、抗压强度与耐蚀系数的影响,通过X射线衍射和红外光谱对其侵蚀机理进行分析。结果表明,硫酸盐溶液浓度的增加,会导致试件的质量损失率减小、抗压强度与耐蚀系数降低。由于硫酸盐中阳离子的不同,Mg2+对室温环境固化下的地质聚合物试件影响大于Na+影响。氢氧化钠模数的增大对硫酸钠溶液中试件的性能影响大于硫酸镁中试件的影响。XRD和FTIR分析的结果表明SO4^2-会使C-A-S-H发生脱钙反应,在硫酸镁溶液中Mg(OH)2的结晶也会加速试件的破坏。The geopolymer samples cured in room temperature conditions were immersed in different concentrations of sodium sulfate or magnesium sulfate solution(1wt%,3wt%and 5wt%).The effects of sulfate concentration on the appearance,mass loss,compressive strength and corrosion resistance coefficient of geopolymer samples were studied.The mechanism was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the increasing concentration of sulfate solution will cause the mass loss rate of the samples to decrease,and the compressive strength and corrosion resistance coefficient will decrease.Due to the difference in cations in sulfate,the effect of Mg2+on geopolymer samples cured in room temperature conditions is greater than that of Na+.The effect of the change in sodium hydroxide modulus on the properties of the sodium sulfate solution sample is greater than that of the magnesium sulfate solution.The results of XRD and FTIR show that the SO4^2- will cause the decalcification of C-A-S-H,crystallization of Mg(OH)2 in the magnesium sulfate solution will also accelerate the damage of the sample.
