摘 要:随着发泡陶瓷社会需求的增多,采用固体废弃物烧制发泡陶瓷成为了研究热点。但关于如何缩短烧成周期,提高生产效率的研究寥寥无几。研究采用商洛钼尾矿为主要原料烧制发泡陶瓷,加入氧化剂MnO2,弥补发泡剂由于氧气不足而引起的发泡不均。在相同升温速率下,加入MnO2可使发泡陶瓷的平均孔径明显增大。在满足使用要求的条件下,将高温段的升温速率从3℃/min提高到5℃/min,缩短烧成周期约45 min,提高发泡陶瓷生产效率。The preparation of foam ceramics with solid waste has become a hotspot as the increasing demand for foam ceramics.But there are few researches on how to shorten the sintering cycle and increase production efficiency of foam ceramics.In this study,Shangluo molybdenum tailings were used as main raw material to sinter foam ceramics.The oxidizing agent MnO2 was added to compensate for the uneven foaming of the foaming agent due to insufficient oxygen.At the same heating rate,the addition of MnO2 significantly increases the average pore diameter of the foam ceramics.Under the conditions that meet the requirements of use,the heating rate of high temperature section can be increased from 3℃/min to 5℃/min.The sintering cycle is shorten about 45 min.The production efficiency of foam ceramics is improved.
