电热砭石温熨疗法对颈性眩晕临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电热砭石温熨疗法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:将66例颈性眩晕患者随机分成治疗组36例和对照组30例,治疗组予电热砭石温熨疗法,对照组予传统针刺法。两组疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后症状和功能评分、VAS评分、左右椎动脉(LVA/RVA)和基底动脉(BA)的平均流速及临床疗效评价。结果:①治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为83.33%(30/36)和73.33%(22/30);②两组症状和功能评分、VAS评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;③两组治疗前后椎动脉、基底动脉的平均血流速度有明显改善(P<0.01),两组治疗前后差值比较有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:电热砭石温熨疗法治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切,可显著改善眩晕症状和血液动力学指标,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warming and ironing therapy of electro-heating Bian-stone in treating cervical vertigo.Methods:66 cases of cervical vertigo were randomized into the treatment group(n=36)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated by warming and ironing therapy of electro-heating Bian-stone,and the control group was treated by traditional acupuncture.The treatment duration was four weeks.The scores of symptoms and functions,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),the mean velocity of BA,LVA and RVA were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 83.33%(30/36)in the treatment group and it was 73.33%(20/30)in the control group.The scores of symptoms and functions,and the scores of VAS were significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the improvements were more significant in the treatment group.The mean velocity of BA,LVA and RVA were greatly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Warming and ironing therapy of electro-heating Bian-stone has definite therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo.It can obvious relieve the vertigo and adjust the blood flow with favourable clinical value.
