摘　　要：目的:通过查阅应用脑功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术研究针刺外关穴的相关文献,进行分析总结和归纳,并提出展望。方法:运用中国知网、PubMed等数据库,以“针刺and外关and fMRI”或“针刺and外关and功能磁共振成像”为检索词进行检索,对文章进行筛选、整理和分析。结果:针刺外关穴在生理和病理状态下激活脑区不同,以及外关穴与外关穴组穴针刺脑激活区具有差异性。结论:针刺外关穴特异性激活右侧颞叶,右侧枕叶,双侧额下回、小脑,从而对缺血性脑卒中患者的肢体运动、感觉及视觉起到积极的治疗作用。Objective:To review relative researches of needling SJ5 by brain functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),thus to analyze and summarize the studies and propose the research forecast.Methods:The literature was screened,sorted out and analyzed by using the key words of acupuncture,SJ5 and fMRI,from the databases of CNKI and PubMed.Results:Needling SJ5 activated different brain areas under physiological and pathological conditions,and there were differences between needling SJ5 and needling SJ5 combined with other points.Conclusion:Needling SJ5 specifically activates the right temporal lobe,the right occipital lobe,bilateral inferior frontal gyrus and cerebellum,thus playing an active role in the treatment of limb movement,sensation and vision in patients with ischemic stroke.
