大直径出线竖井衬砌受力分析及安全性评价

摘  要:超深大直径出线竖井的衬砌受力及变形破坏与一般的小型竖井衬砌有差异,设计、施工、运行使用等方面有更高的要求。依托西部某大型水电站大直径出线竖井,利用ANSYS有限元计算分析软件建立了空间有限元分析模型,对出线竖井衬砌在运行使用过程中的受力特性及规律进行研究,并进行安全性评价。结果表明,温度作用是影响大直径出线竖井衬砌受力的主要因素,建议考虑到水电站出线竖井井壁衬砌的结构设计中;竖井井身衬砌外壁的安全性高于衬砌内壁,安全评价时要重点关注衬砌内壁。The stress and deformation damage of the lining of super-deep and large-diameter outlet shaft are different from those of ordinary small shaft linings, so there are higher requirements in terms of design, construction and operation of these outlet shafts. Taking the large-diameter outlet shafts of a large hydropower station in the west as research object, the spatial finite element analysis model is established by ANSYS software to study the stress characteristics and laws of the outlet shaft lining during operation. The safety of shaft is also evaluated. The results show that the temperature effect is the main factor affecting the stress of large-diameter outlet shaft lining, and the safety factor of the outer wall of lining is greater than that of the inner wall of lining. It is suggested that the temperature factor should be considered in the structural design of the outlet shaft lining in hydropower station, and the safety evaluation should focus on the inner wall of the lining.
