摘 要:与常规机组相比,抽水蓄能机组具有水泵断电的工况,水泵断电时受导叶关闭规律和机组特性影响,经常要面临机组反转问题。以洪屏抽水蓄能电站为例,针对水泵断电时机组是否需要反转,反转是否有利于抽水蓄能机组的运行,以及反转时机组转速上升率对抽水蓄能机组运行的影响进行研究。利用水力机组过渡过程模拟计算和原型试验的方式,对机组30%反转和100%反转的工况进行研究。结果表明:两种工况下机组的控制参数均满足要求;综合考虑通流系统压力极值、材料应力极限、压力脉动等因素,100%反转工况优于30%反转工况;在反转转速不超过额定转速时,机组反转的转速越高,越有利于机组水泵断电工况的过渡过程要求。Compared with conventional unit, the pump storage unit has the process of pump load rejection. As affecting by the closing rule of guide vane and the characteristics of unit, the speed-reversal issue will appear in the process of pump load rejection. Taking Hongping Pumped-storage Power Station as example, the questions that whether the pumped-storage unit needs to be reversed, whether the speed-reversal issue is beneficial to pumped-storage unit, and how the unit speed-rise rate influences the operation of pumped-storage unit are studied. The 30% and 100% speed-reversal of unit are investigated by means of numerical simulation and prototype test of hydraulic unit transition process. The results show that,( a) the parameters in transient process of unit meet designing requirements in both conditions;( b) the 100% speed-reversal is superior to 30%speed-reversal in terms of the extremum of flow passage pressure, the stress limit of material and the pressure fluctuation, and( c) when the speed-reversal speed does not exceed the rated speed, the higher speed-reversal speed is better for the transient process performance of unit under pump load rejection condition.
