高血压合并喉癌患者术后护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的对老年高血压合并喉癌术后的综合护理进行经验总结及效果分析。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月老年高血压合并喉癌患者63例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组31例和观察组32例。对照组患者进行常规术后护理,观察组进行常规护理与干预护理相结合的高效护理方式。比较2组患者的血压、疼痛评分、术后感染率、并发症发生率、心理状态及住院天数。结果经过精心护理与治疗后,观察组的血压、疼痛评分、术后感染率、住院天数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),心理状态优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论高效护理方式对于老年高血压合并喉癌患者的术后恢复效果显著,可在临床进行推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension complicated by laryngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 63 elderly patients with hypertension complicated by laryngeal carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=32).The patients in control group were treated by routine postoperative care,however,the patients in observation group were treated by routine nursing combined with intervention nursing.The blood pressure,postoperative infection rate,incidence of complications,pain score,psychological status and days of hospital stay were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After careful nursing and treatment,the blood pressure,postoperative infection rate,pain score and hospitalization days in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the psychological status of patients was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective nursing method has significant clinical effects on postoperative recovery of elderly patients with hypertension complicated by laryngeal cancer,therefor,it can be widely used in clinical practice.
