摘 要:赫勒的道德理论三部曲是围绕“好人何以可能”这一根本问题而展开的社会伦理学理论。她反对抽象的规范伦理学,因而她并没有建立伦理学体系而是研究好人的生活。她致力于健康的日常生活理论研究,而非构建一种本质主义的人性。赫勒社会伦理学的关键问题是动态正义的三个维度:(a)最大限度地发展天赋的最佳可能性;(b)作为公民的积极参与;(c)个人联系的情感强度。赫勒反对贬低理性和激进性,并对社会正义的解放实践作出了全新理解。Heller's trilogy of moral theory is a theory of social ethics which focuses on the fundamental lem prob-of"how are they possible".She opposed abstract and normative ethics,so she did not establish an ethical system but studied the life of good people.Heller was devoted to the theoretical research of healthy daily life,not to the construction of a human nature of essentialism.The key issues of Heller's social ethics remain three dimensions of dynamic justice:(a)the best possibility to maximize the development of talent;(b)active ticipation par-as a citizen;and(c)emotional intensity of personal connections.Heller opposed to degrade ality ration-and radicalism,and conduct a brand new understanding of the liberation practice of social justice.
