摘 要:研究硫酸湿法浸提磷酸工艺中HF对于CaSO4·2H2O结晶形貌和颗粒大小的影响。通过扫描电镜、X射线电子衍射仪、激光粒度仪、离子计、X射线电子能谱仪等对晶体形貌、晶型、颗粒分布以及F元素的赋存状态进行表征。结果发现随着HF加入量增加,CaSO4·2H2O晶体形貌由均匀细小条状变为粗大板状,结晶颗粒逐渐变大,HF加入量过多则出现小颗粒团聚现象,影响CaSO4·2H2O结晶;F元素反应之初以Ca10(PO4)6F2赋存,反应结束后则以Na2SiF6赋存。The effect of adding HF in sulfuric acid extraction of phosphoric acid on crystal morphology and particle size of CaSO4·2H2O is studied. The crystal morphology, crystal shape, particle distribution and the occurrence mode of F element are characterized by SEM, XRD, laser particle analyzer, ionometer and XPS. The results show that the crystal morphology of CaSO4·2H2O changes from uniform thin strip to thick plate, and the crystalline particles gradually become larger with the increase of HF. Small particles agglomeration appears with too much HF addition, it affects the crystallization of CaSO4·2 H2O. The occurrence mode of F element is Ca10(PO4)6F2 at the beginning of the reaction, and Na2SiF6 at the end of the reaction.
