摘  要:粉状磷酸一铵喷雾干燥塔随着运行时间的延长,出现塔壁物料频繁垮塌、产品结焦风帽堵塞等问题。通过对喷雾干燥塔存在问题进行综合分析,针对性地做出工艺调整和采取防范措施。工艺优化后,解决了存在的问题,提高了产品质量,降低了产品的生产成本,保证了干燥塔装置长周期安全稳定运行。With the prolongation of the running time of the powdered monoammonium phosphate spray drying tower, the materials on the wall of the spray drying tower often collapse, the product is often coked, the wind cap is often blocked. Through the comprehensive analysis of the existing problem of the spray drying tower, the technological adjustment and preventive measures are made pertinently. After optimization, the problems are solved, which improves the qualilty of product, reduces the production cost, ensures that the drying tower device runs safely and steadily for a long time.
