摘 要:以阳极保护浓硫酸分布器为基础,通过功能分解建立功能模型,了解系统中各个元件之间的相互联系和相互作用,对浓硫酸分布器组成关系进行了分析,运用TRIZ功能模型分析、TRIZ冲突解决原理和发明原理,分析导致降液管在浓硫酸分布过程中发生腐蚀的因素主要是人为因素导致参比电极密封不良而造成电位失真紊乱,利用原理发明提出了降液管在酸分布过程中易于发生腐蚀问题的相应解决方法并运用于现场。Based on the anode protection concentrated sulfuric acid distributor, the functional model is established through functional decomposition to understand the interrelation and interaction between various components in the system, and the composition relationship of anode protection concentrated sulfuric acid distributor is analyzed.TRIZ functional model,TRIZ conflict resolution principle and invention principle are used to analyze the factors leading to corrosion of the downcomer in the distribution process of concentrated sulfuric acid. The main factor is that human factors lead to poor seal of reference electrode and potential distortion disorder. Based on the principle invention, the corresponding solution to the corrosion problem of the downcomer in the process of acid distribution is put forward and applied in the field.
