二水法磷酸含氟气体中氟的回收探索与实践

摘　　要：通过对二水法磷酸含氟气体洗涤工艺进行优化,含氟气体中的氟用水吸收后带入稀磷酸中。利用氟硅酸在磷酸浓缩过程中随P2O5浓度及温度的升高,蒸汽分压会增大的原理对磷酸中的F进行回收。吨浓磷酸副产氟硅酸可提高约3.57 kg。The washing process of fluorine-containing gas from dihydrate phosphoric acid production process is optimized,the fluorine of fluorine-containing gas is absorbed in the dilute acid.Based on the principle of increasing fluosilicic acid steam partial pressure with increasing P2O5 concentration and temperature in the process of phosphoric acid concentration,the fluorine in phosphoric acid is recovered.The yield of tons of concentrated phosphoric acid by-product fluosilicic acid is increased about 3.57 kg.
