摘　　要：磷石膏综合利用是减轻堆存压力的唯一途径。将磷石膏水洗后采用全自动隔膜压滤机脱水,减少了磷石膏中的水溶性磷和水溶性氟,为磷石膏综合利用创造了条件。磷石膏经脱水压滤后,w(游离水)可以降到10%左右,在后续磷石膏干燥过程中,节约了热能。The comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum is the only way to reduce the pressure of storage. After washed phosphogypsum, the phosphogypsum is dehydrated by automatic diaphragm filter press to reduce water soluble phosphorus and water soluble fluorine in phosphogypsum, creating conditions for comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum. After dehydration filter, the free water of phosphogypsum content can be dropped to 10%, in the subsequent phosphogypsum dry process, the heat energy is saved.
