港口起重机起重量校准技术现状分析

摘　　要：介绍了港口起重机起重量称重技术现状及存在的问题,分析了起重量标定的方法,提出起重量标准物质对于标定校准称重装置的基础性作用,对于实现港口起重机"满载不超载"安全作业并提高起重机作业的可靠性、安全性、高效性具有重要的意义。The current situation and existing problems of port crane’s lifting and weighing technology are introduced,the method of lifting weight calibration is analyzed,and the basic function of lifting capacity standard material for calibration of weighing device is put forward.It is of great significance to realize the safe operation of "full load without overload"of port crane and improve the reliability,safety and efficiency of crane operation.
