摘  要:岸边集装箱起重机总装完成后左右侧小车轨道之间的高低差影响小车的运行。为减小小车轨道高低差,以岸桥后大梁轨道高低差超差调整为实例,通过趋势模拟法精准定位轨道上具体超差位置,提出4个不同的整改方案。经过方案论证和实施效果比对,确定采用垫片塞焊方法可有效地解决小车轨道高低差的问题,确保岸桥小车的平稳运行。After the assembly of quayside container crane,the height difference between the left and right trolley rails affects the operation of the trolley. In order to reduce the height difference of trolley track,taking the adjustment of the height difference of the girder track behind the quayside bridge as an example,the specific position of the deviation on the track is accurately located by the trend simulation method,and four different rectification schemes are proposed. Through the scheme demonstration and the implementation effect comparison,it is determined that the gasket plug welding method can effectively solve the problem of the trolley rail height difference and the stable operation of the quayside bridge trolley can be ensured.
