摘　　要：目的探讨术中体位干预对剖宫产产妇血压及仰卧位低血压综合征发生的影响。方法选择于2018年4月-2019年4月期间东莞市麻涌人民医院收治的剖宫产产妇74例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各37例。对照组在手术麻醉后行常规仰卧位,研究组则进行体位干预,比较两组血压水平、低血压综合征发生率及升压药使用情况。结果研究组麻醉5 min后舒张压为(70.03±4.48) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、收缩压(114.25±8.87) mm Hg,均高于对照组的(67.35±4.96)mmHg、(109.40±9.25) mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组仰卧位低血压综合征总发生率为21.62%,低于对照组的5.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术中升压药使用率为2.70%,低于对照组的27.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中体位干预能够减轻剖宫产产妇血压波动,降低仰卧位低血压综合征发生率,减少升压药的使用,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative position intervention on the blood pressure of cesarean section and the occurrence of supine hypotension syndrome. Methods 74 patients with cesarean section who were admitted to the hospital from April,2018 to April,2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 37 patients in each group. The control group underwent routine supine position after surgical anesthesia, and the study group underwent postural intervention to compare the blood pressure levels, the incidence of hypotension syndrome, and the use of booster drugs. Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure [(70.03±4.48) mmHg,(114.25±8.87) mmHg] after 5 minutes of anesthesia in the study group were higher than those in the control group [(67.35±4.96) mmHg,(109.40±9.25) mmHg]. The difference statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of hypotension syndrome in the study group was 21.62%, which was lower than that of the control group(5.41%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The use rate of the booster in the study group was 2.70%, which was lower than that of the control group(27.03%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative positional intervention can alleviate blood pressure fluctuations in cesarean section, reduce the incidence of supine hypotension syndrome,and reduce the use of booster drugs, which is worthy of application.
