孟鲁斯特钠联合吸入性皮质激素治疗老年中重度变应性鼻炎的临床效果观察及价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁斯特钠联合吸入性皮质激素治疗老年中重度变应性鼻炎的临床效果观察及价值。方法从洛阳市第三人民医院选取于2015年1月-2018年1月间收治的116例老年中重度变应性鼻炎患者,按照随机抽签法将所有患者分为2组,对照组采用吸入性皮质激素进行治疗,观察组采用孟鲁斯特钠联合吸入性皮质激素进行治疗,分析两组患者临床症状评分、血清水平和治疗效果。结果观察组患者采用孟鲁斯特钠联合吸入性皮质激素治疗后,观察组临床症状评分低于对照组,观察组治疗效果高于对照组,观察组血清水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年中重度变应性鼻炎患者应用孟鲁斯特钠联合吸入性皮质激素进行治疗后,取得的临床疗效较好,对改善患者临床症状具有积极作用,值得临床大力推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of monteluster sodium combined with inhaled corticosteroids in the treatment of moderate and severe allergic rhinitis in the elderly. Methods 116 elderly patients with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis from January, 2015 to January, 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with inhaled corticosteroids, and the observation group was treated with monteluster sodium combined with inhaled corticosteroids. The clinical symptom score, serum level and therapeutic effect of the two groups were analyzed. Results The patients in the observation group were treated with monteluster sodium combined with inhaled corticosteroids. The clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the serum level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,p<0.05. Conclusion After the elderly patients with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis are treated with monteluster sodium combined with inhaled corticosteroids.The clinical effect is good, which has a positive effect on improving the clinical symptoms of the patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
