消渴病因病机理论框架结构研究

摘　　要：消渴病,相当于西医学的糖尿病,是一种代谢性疾病。其特点是血糖升高,且伴有多种并发症。梳理本病的病因病机框架不仅是认识疾病的理论基础,而且还能为疾病的治疗提供新的思路依据。本文以时间轴线为导向,将古代文献中有关消渴病因病机的片断进行串联,梳理出消渴病的病因病机理论框架大略分为四个时期即:始于春秋战国时代,发展于隋唐时代,丰富于宋元时代,完善充实于明清时代。可将其病因病机概括为:阴虚为本,燥热为标;可分上、中、下三消。希望通过对此病因机框架的梳理,更好地为广大临床同仁们服务。Absrtact:Diabetes mellitus,which is equivalent to diabetes mellitus in Western medicine,is a metabolic disease.It is characterized by elevated blood sugar and multiple complications.Combing the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is not only the theoretical basis for understanding the disease,but also can provide a new thinking basis for the treatment of the disease.This paper,guided by the time axis,combs the fragments of the ancient literature about the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes,and divides the theoretical framework of the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes into four periods:the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the Song and Yuan Dynasties,and the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Its etiology and pathogenesis can be summarized as follows:Yin deficiency is the basis,dryness and heat as the target;it can be divided into upper,middle and lower.It is hoped that by sorting out the pathogenesis framework,we can better serve our clinical colleagues.
